901 Fund Takes Memphis Football Players to the St. Louis Church Mardi Gras Parade

901 Fund Takes Memphis Football Players to the St. Louis Church Mardi Gras Parade

The spirit of Mardi Gras is not just about vibrant colors, festive music, and extravagant floats—it's also about community, unity, and celebration. This year, 901 Fund organized a special appearance for University of Memphis football players—Mario Anderson, Sutton Smith, Roc Taylor, and Jordan Grier—at the St. Louis Church Men's Club Mardi Gras Parade, creating a memorable experience for both the players and the community.

The football players teamed up with members of the University of Memphis Spirit Squad aboard a vintage Tigers-themed fire truck, tossing beads and waving to fans along the parade route. This presented an excellent opportunity for fans to warmly welcome seasoned Tigers Roc Taylor and Sutton Smith, as well as new transfers Jordan Grier and Mario Anderson.Thank you to all of the 901 Fund donors for making this meaningful moment possible for our players and Tiger fans!
